Requesting ability to manually add new clock in data for team members in shift management. Use example: When staff (data imported from MaraianaTek) forget to clock-in and out (our childcare team). The only workaround I've found thus far is having them clock-in/out on another date and then just adjusting the times to reflect their original hours on the incorrect date.

Is it possible to see the team schedule on the week setting as Monday to Sunday instead of Sunday to Saturday on the Pulse team (front desk) schedule? We run payroll Monday- Sunday so it would be helpful to view it that way

I'd like an additional permission to to "edit my own time clock entries" Use Case: I want my managers to be able to edit their team's time clock entries, but not their own.

I hope you are well! I am reaching out to see if there is a way for a front desk team member to leave a note about their shift in NetGym, or some other way to confirm they worked their scheduled shift other than clocking in and out?

I do have feedback/suggestion I would love to give about time tracking, who should I contact? As of now, we can only see the actual hours worked per studio lead (rounded hours) but for payroll it’s nice to have the exact numbers (ie 40.33) since it does make a difference on pay.. I do see it there in Time Clock Entries! However, it’s separate per day so I would still have to do the sum of how many hours they have in total for that pay period!

I would like to schedule shifts for every other week or bi-monthly. Right now the options are daily, weekly, and monthly.

We're on Mariana Tek and have our front desk team set up and using NetGym to find shift coverage. I'd like to be able to turn on auto-approval for sub/shift requests for my front desk team, but manager approval for my megareformer classes (aka control the sub approval option by class/skill vs. location).

We have two shifts that we need to schedule and would be helpful to color code so we could know the different roles on the schedule
