We have an issue where, when a teacher accepts a request on NetGym, the pay rate that the original teacher was set for (by name, not the price) is not honored. It sets to a default rate, or completely random rate, and has to be manually changed in MBO for each subbed class. We would very much appreciate being able to have a way to set a pay rate on the backend for each teacher for each class. There is a payroll limitation in MBO where payroll isn't calculated by hourly rate, its calculated by class. So we've had to make different rates based on different classes based on hours. Ex. Pay Rate 1 - 1hr, Pay Rate 2 - 1.5 hours, Pay Rate 3 - 2.0 hours.

We’d love a toggle option in NetGym that lets studios post open classes for instructor coverage without those classes automatically syncing or appearing in ClubReady. Currently, when an instructor requests coverage, the class shows up in ClubReady before a sub is confirmed. This can confuse members, allow clients to book unstaffed classes, and create extra work for managers when cancellations occur. A simple toggle (on/off) would let studios control class visibility: Toggle OFF: Class appears in NetGym only (for sub requests). Toggle ON: Class appears in both NetGym and ClubReady once a sub is confirmed. This feature would streamline sub management, prevent client confusion, and save time for every studio using the NetGym–ClubReady integration. Please vote to support this improvement!

Can we put a feature request about the appointments? We would like to sub them

If I don't know if I can sub a class 80 days from now, I have to see that email everyday. It's like a friend asking for a ride to the airport every single day for 4 months before the day. Right Now users will have to Decline to stop notifications, but they should click MayBe if they are thinking to accept it at later stage, or FM should ask them if the sub request is not getting covered and still open before 24 hours of class if they can take it up:-

allow users to provide a custom reason for why the sub request was deleted

I’ve noticed that sub requests currently appear sorted by class time. Is there a way to have them grouped by studio instead? For example, if there are requests for 12:30 Bear, 1:30 Bear, 2:30 Bear, and also 12:00 Pike, 1:00 Pike, I’d like to see all the Bear studio classes grouped together and all the Pike classes grouped together, rather than listed strictly by time. It's becoming confusing for instructors when we have multiple request for the same day:

I'd love to request that the reminder for a sub shift come from a different number than the request to sub or confirmation for acceptance texts. I had a teacher miss a reminder text yesterday because it was unfortunately timed with someone requesting subs for a handful of classes and it just got lost in between them all.
