Hi Gaurav! We have a question about LOA - when our team goes on leave, we don't want them to have any work comms other than documentation or start and return dates. With that, we have started going into the profile and removing email, phone number, and skills so they dont get sub requests. But after sync, the email got added back and user was able to access their profile via forgot password.. The actual ask would be to have an LOA bubble to shift in the user profile or a toggle to mark them Away and it temporarily shuts them down from all NG comms until we switch them back on:)

When adding a new location to an instructor profile, you have to hit the toggle to add them to existing and previously sent sub requests for that new location. It would be amazing if there was: 1- a way to automate users being added to all of the previous sub requests without that manual step when being added to a new location 2- a way to bulk assign users to previously sent sub requests without having to manually click into each profile

We would love a role that is dedicated to people who are going to be going through our instructor training!! It would make it easier so we can still use NetGym as our primary source of communication but limit their access to classes/ schedule things
