This feature adds a flexible layer of organization beyond roles and skills, giving managers powerful tools to filter, assign, and communicate more effectively. Common Use Cases Targeted Communication: Filter announcement posts by team (e.g., only notify Front Desk at Richmond). Simplified Resource Management: Assign resources to a specific team, like all Instructors. Multi-Team Membership: Add users to more than one team when they serve multiple functions (e.g., a coach who also works reception). Utilizing Teams Across NetGym Posts: Filter by team when sending announcements or updates, so only relevant staff are notified. Channels: Display only the necessary communication channels based on a user’s team membership. Resources: Share relevant content to specific teams.
