It would be fantastic if any new or updated Procedures and Policies could automatically trigger a mandatory read for new hires, along with a short questionnaire attached to each document. This would act as an accountability check to confirm the document has been reviewed and understood for new hires

This feature allows studio admins to create, assign, and track onboarding materials and SOPs directly inside NetGym—replacing scattered tools like Google Docs or PDFs with structured, trackable, in-app content.

Ability to create (or embed) live docs in Resources so I don't have to constantly upload/replace files

It would be SO huge to allow comments on resources. I thought I may have seen this in the pipeline somewhere, so forgive me if this is a duplicate. If I put up a training video and staff have Q's, it's just REALLY nice that it can live in comments within that resource so everyone can see it there as well!
