Allow users to "view all shifts" outside of their own

New roles for Front Desk Manager & Front Desk Employee

In preparation for our upcoming Shift Scheduling feature, we have added two new custom roles: Front Desk Manager & Front Desk Employee. These roles mirror "Fitness Instructor" and "Fitness Manager" right now and can be assigned to any user!
