Add custom name to group chats (1:1 or 1:many DMs)

Hi Netgym Support Team, I'm reaching out to see if Netgym currently has a "pin" capability for channels? If this isn't an available feature yet, our team would love to officially submit it as a suggestion. Having the ability to pin messages or announcements would be incredibly helpful for organizing our communications and highlighting important information for our staff! Thank you for your time

Would love the ability to choose if we are picking the "or" versus "and" criteria when we are building a channel so that you could say... users from this team OR users with this skill, but wouldn't necessarily need to be added to both.

Would love the ability to exclude users from Chat Channel criteria.. for example - If I wanted Everyone from location A besisdes Jon Doe to be included on a chat, I would love to be able to "exclude" that person from the channel without having to create a new skill to create the group that I am trying to build the channel for.

Copy slack where I have more notification options for each channel

We would love to be able to send voice audio messages! It's super helpful when needing to explain processes to other team members.

Enable the ability to bold, italicize, + have more functions for typing for Channels + Chats similar to what is being offered for Posts formatting wise.
