Would love to allow managers/admins to assign an instructor directly to a Permanent Class Opening, even if the instructor did not respond “Yes” to the opening post. Maybe they received confirmation outside of the post and rather than deleting the PCO messaging, this keeps things easier for the team to manage.

Description: Customers are using Events within Posts, but are running into confusion after instructors RSVP “Yes.” Currently, there is no confirmation that the responders are officially “in” the event, which leads to uncertainty and lower attendance. Requested Improvements: RSVP Confirmation Message After selecting “Yes,” users should receive a clear confirmation (e.g., “You’re in” or “Your spot is confirmed”) Ideally shown in-app and/or via notification Event Reminder Notifications Send an automatic reminder (e.g., 24 hours before the event) Helps reduce no-shows and improves attendance Context / Use Case: Studios are using Events for internal trainings and workshops. Without confirmation or reminders, instructors often assume they are not confirmed or forget entirely, leading to poor turnout. Impact: Improves attendance reliability Reduces confusion for instructors Aligns with standard booking expectations (similar to class confirmations)

Would love to have a "Dismiss” option for pending responses (manager-side cleanup) on perm class openings Current issue: when an instructor responds “Yes,” it can clutter the manager view as “Pending,” even if the manager already knows they won’t select that instructor. Request: Add a Dismiss action so managers can remove an instructor’s “Yes” from the pending view and return the opening back to Open (without changing what the instructor submitted). Follow-on requests tied to Dismiss: -Audit trail/activity history (who dismissed, when) -Optional reason/comment when dismissing -Optional notification/email to the instructor if they’re dismissed (and/or not selected)

I was working on a Post/Announcement and it somehow got deleted. Is there not a drafts anywhere? I was working on it for like HOURS.. It would be great if it got auto saved in Drafts

Currently, messages must be archived individually, which can be time-consuming—especially for users managing a high volume of messages. Feature Request: Introduce a bulk selection feature that allows users to: Select multiple messages at once. Perform bulk archive or bulk delete actions with a single click. Benefit: -Saves time for managers and staff by streamlining inbox management. -Improves overall user experience and efficiency within the messaging system. -Reduces inbox clutter more easily, helping users focus on relevant or new communications.
