I want to be able to message all people in the no response list without it being a comment and instead it being in the messages area (like @no-response). The reason it can't be no response is because i may want to message the people within the list and the sub request may be in a deleted or cancelled state. instructors can't see cancelled or deleted sub requests. Or i may want to start a chat with all of the unavailable people or not yet invited people (they are usually secondary skill folks). Add a button for me to quickly chat with those people where the sub request title is the title of the channel and the sub request is linked. Once the sub request is in the past, automatically delete the channel
