Messaging

Posts is NetGym's broadcast communication layer. Gym operators use it to send announcements, enforce compliance acknowledgements, promote events, and recruit instructors for open classes. Today, Posts lives inside a shared "Messages" nav item alongside Chat, which buries it and undercuts both. The creation flow is a single long-form page that varies inconsistently by post type. There's no clear sense of what requires action or what's been missed. This project redesigns Posts as a standalone, inbox-style experience with a stepped creation flow, surfacing urgency and required actions clearly.

Would love to allow managers/admins to assign an instructor directly to a Permanent Class Opening, even if the instructor did not respond “Yes” to the opening post. Maybe they received confirmation outside of the post and rather than deleting the PCO messaging, this keeps things easier for the team to manage.
