Ideal Scenario: If I have "teaching locations" and "manager locations" on my profile, then I should only receive one notification instead of two identical ones. Subbing: If I am the sub/requesting instructor AND the manager for a sub request, I should only receive one notification instead of two for invites, accepts, approvals, etc. Posts If a post is sent to Location A, then I should get one notification if I have Location A as a teaching location and/or managing location Resources If a resource is sent to Location A, then I should get one notification if I have Location A as a teaching location and/or managing location TLDR: I will always get the manager notification (if on), regardless of my teacher settings If my management notifications are off for that location, then i should get the teaching notification

On Edit/View User Page, if i am able to view/edit users then I can see a readonly view of the notification preferences of the user as selected in their My Profile > Notifications section:

This feature introduces customizable notification settings for subbing, allowing managers to opt for daily summaries instead of immediate alerts and avoiding duplicate messages when they also instruct. You can now customize how you get notified as a manager! Choose between immediate alerts or a daily summary, and if you're both an instructor and a manager, we’ll make sure you don’t get duplicate pings. Smarter notifications = less noise and more control.
