Prosper had a setting that 1 week before a team member's birthday, it would generate a message to the team and allow them to write a happy birthday message to the birthday person! It would compile everyone's responses and then send to the rest of the team. We really enjoyed this as a nice team building/camraderie feature!

I'd like to be able to track instructor review/eval timelines. Specifically, we’d love to be able to track 90-day, bi-annual, and annual reviews, and be able to customize the review schedule on an instructor-by-instructor basis

would love if we could add a status to our profiles so when we're on holiday or out of office etc. our team knows. At the moment there is no way for people to be aware if we're working or not on NetGym.
