I used Notepad to write my message with formatting. I copied and pasted into NetGym and it did not bring any of the formatting over again.

We have found it's hard to find the notifications/ message for a thread reply and have started to lose some messages, yikes! It would be great if there was a feature where you can "catch up" and it show all of your unread messages including in a thread where you can choose to leave unread, marked as read or reply. AND/ OR A 'threads' center where you can double check replies that are specifically in a thread so they don't get missed.

are we able to add a feature to tag instructor names within announcements text box? not in the comments below, but inside the announcement itself?

We would love to be able to send voice audio messages! It's super helpful when needing to explain processes to other team members.

Ability to set a reminder about a message (see Slack’s click, hold, remind me feature)

Would love the ability to export the Permanent Class Openins as a CSV file to reconcile against our internal google sheet

For permanent opening post: I was like to be able to mark accepted users as No or remove their acceptance, if we are not approving them for the shift. This will allow us to filter them out of pending shift approval.

Would be easier to see events and PCOs in a calendar view instead of a list view

I was working on a Post/Announcement and it somehow got deleted. Is there not a drafts anywhere? I was working on it for like HOURS.. It would be great if it got auto saved in Drafts
