Would love to send surveys to employees within NetGym

Currently, the posts editor uses a rich text editor with Arial as the default font and Font size 12px as default. While it's possible to manually select another font while composing a message, It would be a improvement to allow admins and managers—to: Set a preferred default font and size for all posts Maintain consistent branding and formatting across all communications Save time by avoiding manual font selection each time

Currently, messages must be archived individually, which can be time-consuming—especially for users managing a high volume of messages. Feature Request: Introduce a bulk selection feature that allows users to: Select multiple messages at once. Perform bulk archive or bulk delete actions with a single click. Benefit: -Saves time for managers and staff by streamlining inbox management. -Improves overall user experience and efficiency within the messaging system. -Reduces inbox clutter more easily, helping users focus on relevant or new communications.

The ability to hold templated emails (some people call them canned responses). We have some emails we send frequently but right now the managers go to a different Drive doc to copy & paste it into their Netgym message. It would be super handy if we could save those as templates in our Netgym inbox. Gmail has this feature and it's amazing. We don't have to recreate the wheel or go somewhere else to copy & paste a frequently used message. It's just ready for you to use anytime.
